✅ Lunch Break: Bring your own lunch/snack or visit a nearby café to nourish your body and recharge for the afternoon.
✅ After Lunch: Breathwork session followed by an informative presentation for those interested in enrolling in our 6-month Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) program.
✅ Early Afternoon: Learning about the relaxation response, engaging in a gratitude-based creative activity, and experiencing a deeply relaxing sound healing session.
NOTE: We will have coloured pencils available, but you are welcome to bring your own coloured pencils, textas, watercolour paints & chalk/oil pastels if you'd like to use them during the activities.

Sanja has been a holistic creative arts therapist, meditation teacher, naturopath and counsellor for 20 years, combining her skills, passion and expertise into successful businesses that help people improve their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
As the founder of the College of Conscious Living since 2019, she has taught and helped hundreds of people through the Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy on campus and online courses; via creative workshops; and through creative arts therapy, holistic counselling and naturopathy services.
Professional, passionate and driven, Sanja has worked with families, children and communities to help them heal their emotional issues, encouraging self-expression and educating individuals on self-care.
She discovered the benefits of the Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner training after completing the course herself and achieving many personal and professional breakthroughs whilst immersing herself in her love of creative and artistic expression.
Sanja also appreciated and understood the value of the theoretical and practical teaching to her fellow students and was able to secure the highly respected and internationally accredited course content and combine it with her own extensive experience to present the courses as part of the College of Conscious Living.
