Sanja has been a holistic creative arts therapist, meditation teacher, naturopath and counsellor for 20 years, combining her skills, passion and expertise into successful businesses that help people improve their mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
As the founder of the College of Conscious Living since 2019, Sanja has guided and supported hundreds of people through holistic training programs offered both on campus and online. Her work spans creative workshops, holistic art therapy sessions, counselling, and complementary health services including Naturopathy and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). She personally facilitates the courses in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast and has trained facilitators leading the Sunshine Coast campus.
Professional, passionate and driven, Sanja has worked with families, children and communities to help them heal their emotional issues, encouraging self-expression and educating individuals on self-care.
Sanja’s own journey through the Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy Practitioner and Master Practitioner of Holistic Art Therapy and Holistic Counselling training was profoundly transformative, both personally and professionally. Through these studies, she deepened her connection to creative and spiritual expression, experienced significant inner growth, and refined her approach to helping others heal through the arts.
She now brings together her years of clinical and creative experience to deliver accredited, high-quality training through the College of Conscious Living. Her programs are designed to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and transformation, offering students a deeply supportive environment where creativity becomes both a healing and professional pathway.
A strong advocate of ongoing professional and personal development, Sanja has achieved the following qualifications:

Emma completed her Practitioner in Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy in 2024 and has since moved into gaining her qualifications in the Master Practitioner of Holistic Art Therapy. With a lifelong passion for the arts, especially music, movement, and drama, she is drawn to using creativity as a tool for healing.
After working as a primary school teacher, she found the mainstream education system to be stressful and limiting. HICAT opened up a new way to teach, one that supports emotional wellbeing and self-expression.
Coming from a musical family, Emma sings and plays keyboard and ukulele, performing regularly in local bands. Her background includes dance and drama, and she has maintained a dedicated yoga practice for over a decade.
She has currently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and incorporates mindfulness and sound therapy into her workshops.
She recently launched her own creative arts therapy business, Heart to Art Healing, where she offers workshops and one-on-one sessions blending art, music, movement, and meditation. She also works as a relief teacher and support worker, integrating creativity and healing into everyday experiences.
When she’s not teaching, creating, or caring for others, she’s likely on the dog beach in Noosa with her Jack Russell, Bandit, enjoying the grounding energy of nature.
